Make NY-21 Great Again!

Constantino

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 21, 2025

Welcome to www.constantino.com and www.vote4anthony.com (both lead to the online home of Constantino for Congress). Welcome to the domains hosting the official website (the “Site”) of Anthony Constantino’s congressional campaign (the “Campaign”). This Privacy Policy has been created to inform you regarding personal information collected via the Site and how the Campaign (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses it.

Information We Collect on the Site and How We Use It

Personal information is information that can be used to identify or contact an individual. You do not need to provide us with your identity to browse the Site or post an issue under the Issues tab.

In an effort to grow our community online, we do ask you to submit your name, email and phone number when you use the “Contact” or “Apply for Funding” or “Volunteer” features on the Site, so we can respond to your communication or request to us. If you want to volunteer, we also request your zip code to help us mobilize our volunteers in similar locations.

If you accept free Anthony Constantino stickers by following the links on the Site to obtain stickers, you will be redirected to a separate website called Sticker Mule, which will process your request and mail the stickers within the United States to persons 18+. Limit 1 request per person please. Sticker Mule is Anthony’s separate business, and when you request the free stickers, you provide your contact information to fulfill the stickers to Sticker Mule and not to the Campaign, but the Campaign is paying for the stickers.

If you want to communicate with the Campaign, sign up for emails and (optionally) opt-in to texts on this Site. Email and text subscribers will receive notices of online events, Campaign activities, TV appearances, and other Vote for Anthony news. You may unsubscribe from the unsubscribe link in the emails we send if you no longer desire to receive the emails.

The text sign-up is optional to stay in touch if you opt in using the SMS opt-in link in the Site footer. Persons who optionally opt-in to texts will also receive Campaign developments from us via text, which can be stopped by texting back STOP. Please see our complete texting policy here.

Under the Site “Register” tab, you can check your registration status or register to vote using linked pages hosted by vote.org. Vote.org is a third-party platform and is not affiliated with the Campaign or with Anthony. We try to facilitate registration via the vote.org links on the Site as a community service because we believe everyone eligible to vote should vote.

So far Anthony has been in a blessed position to fund the Campaign himself. If in the future he begins to accept donations to the Campaign, the donation page will include applicable donation terms, and we will be required under federal law to collect the donor’s name, mailing address, employer, and occupation, which would be treated as personal information under this Privacy Policy.

This Site is intended for adults 18+ – preferably voting adults! In accordance with the fed

eral Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), the Campaign does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 via the Site. If you believe we have inadvertently done so via the Site, please contact us via the Site and we will have the information deleted.

How We Share Information Collected on the Site The Site is provided by the Campaign in support of Anthony’s run for U.S. Congress, and used by the Campaign to promote Anthony’s election and communicate about his Campaign and related content. Personal information collected via the Site is visible to the Campaign and Anthony himself, as ell as to Campaign service providers assisting with the Campaign, supporting communications on behalf of the Campaign, and hosting the Site. We may also disclose information collected on the Site, including your personal information, to additional third parties to update, maintain, and protect the Site, to correct technical problems and errors, for advertising and marketing, or to take precautions against liability and for other Campaign-related purposes. If you access the Site via a mobile device, your request will be transmitted via your mobile carrier’s or internet provider’s network and your carrier/provider may have access to it. Consult your carrier’s/provider’s privacy policy for additional information.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in connection with a different run for office by Anthony if he launches another campaign for office in the future. We reserve the right to disclose any personal information as needed if that information is requested by law enforcement or regulatory agencies or if we are required to do so by law, treaty, regulation, subpoena, court order, or by a government entity. We also may disclose your personal information to third parties if we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to conduct investigations of possible breaches of law, to cooperate in any legal investigation, or to identify, contact, or defend ourselves in the event of a legal proceeding.
