Edinburg, NY – 19 October 2026 – The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA), the state’s oldest and largest firearms advocacy organization, and the NRA’s official New York affiliate, has endorsed Anthony Constantino for Congress. NYSRPA was the lead plaintiff in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, the 2022 Supreme Court case that struck down New York’s discretionary concealed carry licensing regime, and worked to strike down countless unconstitutional gun control measures across the United States.
The endorsement reflects Constantino’s record and commitments on the Second Amendment, including his opposition to Albany’s restrictions on law-abiding gun owners and his pledge to defend constitutional rights in Washington.
“The Second Amendment is not up for negotiation, and I will not negotiate about it in Congress,” said Anthony Constantino. “I’m proud to have the support of the NYSRPA, and will always support the 2nd Amendment as a means to repel government tyranny and guarantee our country’s freedom.”
The NYSRPA adds to a growing coalition of 2nd Amendment support behind Constantino, including an endorsement and “AQ” rating from the NRA, an “A” rating from Gun Owners of America, and an endorsement from NY 2nd Amendment advocacy organization 2A4NY.

Anthony Constantino set the record for most votes in the NY-21 primary after overcoming fierce establishment opposition as a political outsider who built Sticker Mule, a global company headquartered in New York with over 1,000 employees. He also compiled a 2-1 (2 KOs) professional boxing record after going pro for his 40th birthday.
