Edinburg, NY – 16 October 2026 – Anthony Constantino for Congress today released a new ad, “Blake’s Democrat Handlers,” capturing the moment Blake Gendebien tried to speak to a local reporter and his New York City Democrat handler wouldn’t let him.
The ad features footage from Gendebien’s interview with local station WKTV. A local reporter asked Gendebien to defend his comments trashing Upstate New York workers, when he claimed it is hard to find even one local worker who shows up on time and doesn’t have a drinking problem, a domestic abuse issue, or wage garnishments. Gendebien also claimed that Upstate New York correctional officers lack self-worth, which he said lets him work them longer hours on his farm.
Gendebien started to respond and was immediately silenced. Aziz Yakub, a New York City Democrat operative and registered foreign agent, cut him off mid-sentence and scolded the reporter for asking a question Yakub had not approved ahead of time. Gendebien went quiet. He sat there, plainly afraid to speak over his handler, as Yakub lectured the reporter for an uncomfortably long stretch. Yakub insisted the interview could not go in that direction without his pre-approval. The reporter pushed back, stating that nothing is ever off limits in an interview and asking why Yakub would not allow Gendebien to speak for himself.
Gendebien had no say in the matter. When his handler finally let him talk again, he stammered and stumbled, unable to defend his insults against local workers and clearly unsure what his out-of-district Democrat minders would permit him to say.
“Blake Gendebien isn’t allowed to speak,” said Anthony Constantino. “He insulted the hardworking men and women of Upstate New York, and when a local reporter asked him about it, he opened his mouth and a New York City Democrat operative and registered foreign agent shut it for him. Blake doesn’t get to say a word without permission from his handlers. I don’t know any Upstate farmers who would allow anybody to talk over them or police their speech, much less a foreign agent named ‘Aziz Yakub.’ Fake Gendebien is a fraud.”

VOICEOVER: “Blake Gendebien can’t even speak for himself. When a local WKTV news reporter asked him to defend his comments trashing American workers, this is what happened.”
WKTV: “The quote about it was ‘it’s hard to find a person who doesn’t have an alcohol problem or a domestic abuse issue. That does sound like a general statement. You say ‘it’s hard to find someone who is not a good apple,’ if you will.”
BLAKE GENDEBIEN: “Right…”
AZIZ YAKUB: “I’m just gonna jump in here. Uh. Before starting this, we talked about talking broadly about the campaign. If you do want to dive into a deeper piece on this news that was reported… uh… Six months ago, now –”
WKTV: “I don’t know why you wouldn’t allow your candidate to flag that for himself! Why would that be a problem?”
AZIZ YAKUB: “And –”
WKTV: “Nothing– nothing is ever off-limits in an interview, period, fullstop, and also, I said we would talk about the campaign generally, but I wanted to give your candidate an opportunity to respond to them for our audience. So, I didn’t realize there was a taboo around these questions.”
BLAKE GENDEBIEN: “Uh guys, I’m… I’m totally– I’m totally hap– happy… Um, I’m… Um… I’m–”
VOICEOVER: “Vote Anthony Constantino.”
