Constantino campaign launches online game at BlakesDump.com

Edinburg, NY – 15 October 2026 – Anthony Constantino today launched BlakesDump.com, a new website and interactive online game built to expose the illegal hazardous garbage Blake Gendebien dumps onto the land and into the water.

The centerpiece of the website is “Clean Up Blake's Dump,” a game where players drag Blake’s illegally dumped waste into a dumpster and watch the land heal. Gendebien continues to dump while you play, highlighting the fact that aerial photos show he’s been regularly dumping for many years.

The site also publishes aerial photos of the dump while a satellite timeline, “Twelve Years of Dumping,” shows the same field clean in 2014, dumping beginning in 2020, getting worse in 2024, and the water turning neon green in 2026. Photos opened full size and downloaded.

The site also lays out the laws likely being violated by Gendebien, including New York's open dumping rules, the state's waste tire statute, state water discharge law, the 2008 St. Lawrence County Flow Control Law, the Town of Lisbon property maintenance code, and the federal Clean Water Act.

The launch follows the campaign's October 5 presentation of footage of Blake Gendebien’s illegal dump site, and a sworn affidavit from a former employee who said Gendebien directed him to dump dead cattle into a creek. Anthony Constantino has called on Gendebien to pay for the cleanup, which is estimated to cost roughly $200,000.

Gendebien has not disputed that the dump site exists and has not committed to cleaning it. Instead he stands behind a DEC report saying they found no violations. Constantino disputes the report claiming the dump site undeniably exists and that DEC’s report is negligent even referencing a wrong address. Locals have also told Constantino that they never saw anyone come investigate the dump. Hours after the footage aired, Blake skipped the scheduled CBS6 debate which Constantino attended.

“Blake Gendebien has spent this campaign pretending he is a steward of the land. The pictures prove he is a polluter who turned blue water neon green,” said Anthony Constantino. “We built the game to show voters how badly Blake behaves.”
